  Ordered a dark roast that I had to wait for. I saw they wrote my name on the mug. I got something completely different without my name on. It was cold as well so it had been sitting there for a while. They fixed it when I complained. My wife didn't get her extra shot that she asked for and paid for.

  Coffee taste is very good. Skilled barista but need improvements on working pace. There was a huge line of people waiting.

  I decided to give this store another try because I didn't have time to go the opposite direction from work so I stopped by and guess what happened?? Nothing has changed the workers are still incompetent, very slow and very inconsiderate of their customers, there were 2 workers this morning and only one serving customers and the line was backed up 8 customers and some left and they looked pissed because the other worker instead of helping her coworker move the line so the customers can get their drink in a timely manner this fat girl was worrying about stocking up cookies while her coworker was telling her over and over can u help me can u get me the tongs but she kept cutting in between us to stock up the cookies, that worker needs to be fired or something has to change because they are treating customers like we are asking for free drinks but I had enough of their incompetent and won't ever be back and this is how piss I am I say this store is filled with low life piece of shoots.
